Our Compensation Plan In Depth

"NOT ALL EQUAL...NOT EVEN CLOSE"
Thousands of companies in the NWM industry, all claiming to have the best pay plans, Jeff and Debi Beebe, Isagenix Millionaires, share a few thoughts on why the Isagenix pay plan trumps all!
We will point out why our pay plan is superior to anything out there. This article is probably deeper than normal, but essential. The reason we decided to share this is because some people have misconceptions about our plan. This is based on the fact that people have lack of information. Other binaries operate differently which leads some people to "assume", rather than do their due diligence, that our plan is just like all the rest.
1st Point: Qualifying to earn in Isagenix is REALLY simple. When you are an active Associate, active meaning purchasing 100 PV within 30 days, you can start accumulating volume FOREVER, as long as you remain active.
In Unilevels like Visalus, Nerium and Morinda, Young Living and doTerra or even a Matrix like Melaleuca, etc. at the end of the month, whatever volume is under you that you do not get paid on because you did not qualify, GOES TO ZERO.. The same happens in Breakaways like in Herbalife, NuSkin, Amway, Shaklee, Mary Kay, Reliv, etc.
2nd Point: When you become a Consultant in Isagenix, which is 100 PV AND you have two personally enrolled people, each with 100 BV, one in your right leg and one in your left leg, you are qualified to get paid to UNLIMITED DEPTH. You can get paid on EVERYTHING that comes under you as long as you have the volume required on each side- 300BV/600BV vice versa. Remember that whatever volume you are NOT paid out on, stays there AS LONG AS you are ordering 100 PV each month. Just with this, you can earn team or cycle bonuses up to $13,500 per week or $702,000 per year! In addition, Isagenix does not limit the amount you can earn on cycles each week based on your rank. These “rank caps” are very common in other binary plans and they steal from those who’ve created the volume!
Why is this so powerful? The BV that you don't get paid out on in one week is like money in the bank waiting for you!
In a Unilevel, Matrix OR a Breakway, in order to qualify for depth, you must follow certain qualifications. For example, in Visalus and Nerium, which are VERY similar, let's say that you have volume seven levels deep. In Visalus, they pay 5% by levels. In order to get paid, you need THREE LEGS with a certain balance PLUS a volume of 40,000 BV in order to get paid on ALL those seven levels. If you happen to be short the last day of the month, even by 1,000 points, you don't qualify for that volume at your seventh level. YOU LOSE THAT VOLUME FOREVER! Unless YOU choose to buy or sell those 1,000 points at the last minute!
Breakaways are EVEN WORSE! Not only you are limited to six or seven generations but you have to have as many as 12 qualifying legs with certain group volumes to reach those levels.
In Isagenix you have ONLY TWO legs, no volume requirement and you have your volume waiting for you as long as you are active with ONLY 100 PV!!... And you are getting paid on more than SEVEN LEVELS, you get paid to unlimited depth and generations! SIMPLE!
3rd Point: The balance of volume- 1/3 leg and 2/3 leg. This is one of the most powerful features of our plan, when your organization grows, eventually one leg will become bigger than the other one. This is normal in every company! In Isagenix, you only have to have the other leg just HALF as good and you still get paid on the entire volume, and whatever volume you are NOT using, stays there waiting for you! SWEET!
Also, one of the beauties of this is that if YOU happen to have one leg go crazy, for YOU, the pay plan is a ONE leg plan, for every 300 BV you will get paid $54!
In other binaries they pay you ONLY the minor leg OR you have to have equal balance, this does not make sense because in almost every case after some time you will have a stronger leg!
In a Unilevel you have THREE LEGS or more, and in most Unilevels they apply the rule that in your stronger leg, you cannot count more than 60% of the volume. The rest washes out, flushes, it disappears! And you still are dealing with THREE or more legs! The same happens in Breakaways but worse, if one of your personally enrolled people goes crazy and reaches a certain level before you do, you may lose that person and their volume forever!
4th Point: Fast money up front. This is a feature that has been enhanced in Isagenix in the last year, and here we are again, strong!! The "You Share, They Share" is an amazing strategy! The Crystal strategy is amazing! For a new Associate to enroll 10 people, and help them each enroll 2, you can help earn them over $3,200 even if they are all coming in with the smaller system! This is unheard of in the network marketing industry!! Then, we add the "Double PIB's" and your income can go over $5,000!! NO company has a similar or better strategy!
5th Point: The re-entry. When you hit 225 Cycles per week for three separate weeks, as an Executive, the company gives you the chance to earn a re-entry. A re-entry is a new position that is opened ABOVE your original position. In Isagenix you can have unlimited re-entries. What is unique about a re-entry in Isagenix compared to other so-called binaries is that in Isagenix, when you have more than 600BV in your original position (remember, it is offered to you when you hit 200 Cycles in a week that equals over 180,000 BV), every time you have 300 BV on your re-entry, you get paid $54 that is equal to 18%!! In other binaries that have re-entries the most they pay is 10%! And in most binaries, the re-entry is BELOW your original position, where you start all over building 2 legs. Besides binaries, all the other comp plans do not have the re-entry. Our potential is enormous!! When you have a re-entry you can earn $702,000 per re-entry with only 1/3 the volume you needed in the original position!!
6th Point: We get paid weekly, daily, monthly and yearly! This is something that most of us take for granted! Unilevels, Matrix and Breakaways pay the bulk of the bonuses once a month. Most of our bonuses are WEEKLY, yet we have daily bonuses with some of the paks, like the Value Pak and The Ultimate Pak. The monthly pool bonuses pay up to $125,000 in a month.
